How it works

• The “Check availability” buttons on tour cards and in comparison tables are affiliate links to GetYourGuide and Viator. If you book after clicking one, the partner may pay us a commission.
• You pay the same price as you would going to the partner site directly. The commission comes out of the partner's margin.
• Links to shrines, railways, bus companies and tourism offices are ordinary links. Nobody pays us for them.

How we choose tours

• We list tours rated 4.3 or higher with at least 50 reviews; newer private tours with fewer reviews are marked as such.
• No operator or partner pays to be included or to be placed higher.
• We write our own short tour titles, and we show our own place photos rather than the operators' photos.
• Prices and ratings are copied by hand from the public tour pages, with the date we checked them. The partner site always shows the final price.

Booking and support

Bookings, payments, changes and refunds are handled by GetYourGuide or Viator and the tour operator under their terms. We cannot change or cancel a booking for you.
